This LVT required some serious preparation work to the sub floor that Bob the Builder had left for us!
We had different levels of flooring in 4 different areas on concrete & Plywood.
We started by deep-filling the floor using 2-4mm chippings mixed with 1200 Pro Latex/ Screed underlayment Once dry, we latex/ screed underlayment smoothed the entire area, then gave it a full sanding to level everything out, Patched any remaining spots with a cement feather finish and finally, installed this stunning oak herringbone, Large Parquet flooring.
As you can see the results speak for themselves.

100% polypropylene, Heavy Domestic use, bleach cleanable carpet was then fitted onto 11mm thick tog rated underlay to 2x stairs and landing, ideal choice for any busy family home.
